A new creative chapter: Andrew Morley takes the helm as Langland's Executive Creative Director

London, UK, Monday 9 February 2026: Langland today announces the appointment of Andrew Morley as its new Executive Creative Director (ECD) - a creative force who has spent more than a decade shaping the agency’s standout work. Morley steps into the role ready to elevate Langland’s craft to new heights while championing its legacy as a creative powerhouse. He will report directly to Andrew Spurgeon, Chief Creative Officer for Publicis Health in the UK.

In his new role, Morley will oversee creative excellence across all four Langland disciplines - Advertising, Clinical Trial Experience, Medical Strategy & Education, and Public Relations - working closely with its Group Managing Directors to ensure creativity continues to drive, differentiate, and define the agency’s success.

During his time at Langland, Morley has helped shape some of the agency’s most celebrated ideas, earning multiple Cannes Lions - including two Golds and two Agency of the Year accolades. His career is defined by consistent, award-winning creative excellence.
