Passion: Evolving Medical Affairs approaches to help clients make more confident, future-focused decisions that ultimately improve the lives of patients

Expertise: Victoria is Managing Partner for MSE, leading the direction of our medical expertise with a focus on global connectivity and tech-enabled transformation. She holds a PhD in Microbiology and brings more than 15 years of experience across medical communications, spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices and ancillaries, with experience in both Pharma and CRO environments - giving her a broad perspective on the evolving healthcare landscape.

Victoria specialises in translating complex science into insight-driven strategies that support confident decision-making and measurable impact across the product lifecycle. She is a strong advocate for embedding AI-enabled approaches into everyday practice to enhance strategic planning, scientific assessment and storytelling.

Career highlight: Delivering an AI powered planning methodology that enabled clients to make future-focused, data-driven decisions by combining scientific, competitive and behavioural insights into measurable, trackable strategic actions.

Passion: Building partnerships that deliver long-term value

Expertise: Beth is a medical communications specialist with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary medical communications programmes across global, regional and local markets. She provides strategic and operational leadership across our Medical Strategy & Education team, partnering closely with clients to deliver high-quality, insight-driven programmes from early clinical deployment through to loss of exclusivity. Beth brings a strong scientific foundation to her work and is passionate about excellence in client service, delivery and team development.

Career highlight: Partnering with a multi-disciplinary committee of people living with HIV and clinicians to develop and publish a new framework for long-term treatment success, and seeing it presented by the EACS President at the European Congress.

ANNETTE KEITH

Passion: Elevating scientific understanding through communication that is clear, credible and genuinely engaging

Expertise: Annette leads our Medical Writing team of 40+ medical writers and scientific directors, bringing over 20 years of experience in medical communications across Global and European accounts. Annette’s enduring focus on oncology is rooted in her PhD at the Institute of Cancer Research in London and continues to shape her work today, but she also believes that 'variety is the spice of life' and has enjoyed working on a wide range of conditions throughout her career. Her experience spans the full spectrum of scientific and clinical deliverables, from protocols and clinical study reports to publications, educational initiatives, promotional materials, and market access.  

Career highlight: Designing and delivering a gamified 3-day educational meeting in the run up to launch our client’s drug in a complex haematological malignancy.

Expertise: Diane leads our Scientific Strategy team, developing scientific and strategic direction for both medical affairs and commercial clients. With more than 25 years of experience, she has deep expertise across many therapeutic areas including oncology, rare diseases, neurology and dermatology. Diane is known for combining rigorous scientific understanding with a human-centric, outcomes-focused approach. She is particularly passionate about innovation and ensuring that programmes are underpinned by clear metrics and measurable impact.

Career highlight: Defining an oncology portfolio clinical development strategy based on landscape analysis and opportunity mapping with a cross-functional team.
